One of the best brokers

I've been with this broker for years and I've never had any problem whatsoever. Though I've never made any withdrawals so we'll see. I'm still growing my account and will soon withdraw when it gets bigger. Other upsides with this broker is that they give you rebates from your trading volume every month. They also provide a VPS that you can use for free. The VPS is a bit slow but it's okay for 2 MT4 terminal running on it. They provide the complete package for forex trading. Thanks, roboforex. Never had any issues with you since I started.

I am very dissatisfied from this broker. They took almost 1/3 of your profit if you choose the options for credible protection. This is total scam. If you read the details or this bonus, you will realize you will never get your 1/3 of yur profit. Unless you trade 1000 standard lots. That wil cost you 20000 usd with 2 pips spread for eurusd. Do not believe them!

No doubt – they are cheaters. They call you and tell you they will provide everything need that a good broker will. I mean negative balance protection, allowing scalping, trade the financial news etc. REALITY: they don’t have negative balance protection. I received an email where they wrote I was excluded from this option. Why? Whothef*** knows. Only they and admiral market do this. The main purpose for this option is to protect you from a negative balance if there was some gap and volatility. But roboforex triggers the stop out level slow enough so that you always will be closed in minus!! Very funny cheaters! The biggest scam ever! Stay away!

Now I can confirm that all positive reviews of forex brokers are fake. This broker has a bad reputation and my experience with roboforex confirms that. They, like other scammers, widen their spreads pushing you to losses. And this is happening every time when some deal is profitable. And this is not the last thing. The withdrawal process is terrible long and sometimes it is hard to get your money back. I can give an example. If you fund your account by credit card, they will force you to withdraw your money via other options and you will be charged huge commissions. I recommend staying away!

Hi guys, I have not used this broker . I just signed and verified my account, and when I was about to deposit and get my bonus and start trading, I received a message which in essence meant ” because you are a fraud, we cant give you the bonus” and when I asked why? Roboforex is fraud. I set my stop loss 7pips and they refused to execute my order until I had 15pips loss. They're so unethical, they help their customers lose their money. Run away from roboforex especially if you are a beginner trader.

The worst of it all is their customer service is so unresponsive. I deposited and I was not given the welcome bonus, according to them, their anti-fraud system said I can't get it. After depositing, I was trying to place order, severally and they kept telling me I don't have enough money, I contacted the customer service, I didn't get any response on that, issue was resolved but not a single reply of my complaints.

We have carefully checked the history of emails received from you. As we can see, you have contacted us 5 times and each of your email was answered on the same day. If you wish to get real time responses, you can use the chat system on our website. If you believe that any of your operations were processed incorrectly, you can always send a ticket from your member's area to our dealing department.

In regards to the slippage question, as we answered before, when keeping positions open overnight, it is important to remember that they are subject to gap risk. This is because the last price of the previous trading session may (and often will) be different from the first price of the new trading session. Positions carried over can only be closed at the prices of the new session. It is not physically possible to trade at a prices that are lower or higher than those available on the market on the day. You will see this behavior when trading with any market broker.

I'm using roboforex for 3 years.

This broker used to be really reliable, like internet say trusted but.

For a year ago, things started to happen, visa/mastercard deposit and withdraw is changing all the time.

I think those have changed like 4-5 times. Even more of that; now there is no option to deposit and withdraw.

Think about that CFD broker with no visa/mastercard option.

It is pretty shame that 10 years of experience and not solving card methods. I can't even say a word.

Anyway, that is not a main part. Support is completely dead. They are really not that experienced or something. They just answer you in like 15-30 minutes later.

Ticket. Again. Very unprofessional answers and services.

Yet, withdrawal options were great.
Prime account is superior for retail traders.

For 3 years of feeling, this broker is just dying out of market. Lack of support and unprofessional feedback to clients.

By the way, their withdraw system is the one you can find on internet. I mean for retailers. I remember that my card withdraw transacted in 3 seconds. In my bank account only in 3 seconds not 2 days or something.

EUR/USD “euro – dólar americano”

O eurodólar formou o recuo da marca 6/8, porém ainda não rompeu as linhas sts. A confirmação definitiva da retomada de queda será o rompimento e quando se fixar abaixo do nível 3/8, o que abre caminho para finalizar 0/8.

A construção de níveis em ambos os gráficos coincide. É possível que nas próximas horas as linhas sts possam formar a linha de baixa. Se isso ocorrer de fato eu irei ampliar o volume de short (vendas).

AUD/USD (dólar australiano – dólar americano)

Após uma série de recuos de ST H4 o par retorna à queda. Além disso, no gráfico ocorreu a reestruturação de níveis. Se o preço for capaz de se manter abaixo da marca 3/8 poderemos esperar um momento do mercado mais profundo do mercado para baixo.

No gráfico H1 o mercado ainda negocia na parte superior da construção de níveis. As linhas sts continuam sob influência da linha de baixa. É muito provável que após conclusão da correção local o preço atualize o mínimo.

I'm using roboforex for 3 years.

This broker used to be really reliable, like internet say trusted but.

For a year ago, things started to happen, visa/mastercard deposit and withdraw is changing all the time.

I think those have changed like 4-5 times. Even more of that; now there is no option to deposit and withdraw.

Think about that CFD broker with no visa/mastercard option.

It is pretty shame that 10 years of experience and not solving card methods. I can't even say a word.

Anyway, that is not a main part. Support is completely dead. They are really not that experienced or something. They just answer you in like 15-30 minutes later.

Ticket. Again. Very unprofessional answers and services.

Yet, withdrawal options were great.
Prime account is superior for retail traders.

I have been institutional trader (corporate) and retail too. So roboforex is maybe the leader in the world.

So here is my suggestion. This broker is definitely not scam but I can't say for real sure because of visa methods.

Since visa or master heavily regulated and roboforex is failing on visa side requirements.

For 3 years of feeling, this broker is just dying out of market. Lack of support and unprofessional feedback to clients.

So again this broker is not scam at all. Only concern arise when they change something without notice and unprofessional feedback to clients.

The only way to really know who they are is just by trying them with really small amount of money. I signed up and verified my account and when I was about to deposit and claim my bonus and start trading, they called me fraud and said " you can't get the bonus" and when I asked why they literally said, "no reason". I have been trading the new zealand

Interest rate yesterday NZDUSD and

GBPNZD. My pending orders were less than 300 and 200 points away from the market price and the market moves something around 2000 points on GBPNZD my order was executed on 1500 points away were there was a market reversal so as to block my account

I am glad I went for small deposit amounts with this broker. At first I made little losses but the first time I made a profit and tried to withdraw just 10 USD, I was told to wait 10 days. After 13 days, I lodged a complaint with them, to which they responded and gave me an ARN code. I am yet to receive the funds four months on. I suspended my activity with them and my account manager has not even bothered to check back with me the reasons for my dormancy. When I was a beginner I got welcome bonus and also withdrawn 23$. It was there till I lost it. So I think the anti fraud works well. You might be using the same internet or used an internet where someone have availed this welcome bonus already. Or you may be trying to get multiple accounts.
