Where is the instaforex-USA2.Com server?

I just opened a account at instaforex which was a 5 decimal account and selected asia server but it showed the usa2 server when the account got created and i am not able to find the usa 2 server in any meta trader software, so unable to login, i already used all the available servers, plz help.

I just opened a account at instaforex which was a 5 decimal account and selected asia server but it showed the usa2 server when the account got created and i can not login to the usa 2 server in any meta trader software. The trading platform shows instaforex-server online only.

You have to manually type in the server column. Like this: : instaforex-USA2.Com

Is instaforex scam?

Instaforex has been in business for years and has managed to get a lot of awards from reputed publications. Their trading platform is of high quality and some people earn from using it.

However, instaforex has also had its fair share of problems with complaints from traders and several blogs calling it a scam.

Instaforex has been getting a lot of negative online reviews from many disgruntled customer. Most of the complaints against the company are about withdrawals. A lot of clients report that their withdrawal requests are either being declined or delayed while others say that their accounts are being canceled for no reason.

Instaforex account opening and registration

There are two types of accounts that a trader at instaforex can choose from:

The standard account

This account requires a minimum deposit of $1 to open. The trader also has to pay for the fixed spread. The functionality of this account allows for users to trade in micro (deposit of $1-10), mini(minimum deposit of $100), and standard(minimum of $1000) forex.

Instaforex also offers an islamic account for its muslim clientele and others who would prefer trading under the sharia law guideline. This is also known as the standard swap-free option.

The eureka account

This is mostly recommended for new traders. The trader does not pay for spreads when opening a trade instead he pays a (0.02%-0.07%) commission of his trading volume. A trader is also able to cancel a trade three minutes before expiry time if he no longer likes the odds. However, a small percentage is charged for every trade cancellation.

Instaforex demo account

Instaforex offers a demo account for their traders to practice and test the platform before making a real investment. This account is important because a trader is free to conduct all the virtual trades he wants without having to worry about losing money.

The trader gets to familiarize himself with how everything in the platforms works and test what he had learned from the instaforex education center.

The platform works the same way as the other live accounts and the conditions are also the same.

Instaforex PAMM system

Instaforex has a PAMM account system which allows forex traders to find investment opportunities. A user can either choose to be an investor or a trader. The investor uses the system to invest his money in a trader’s account where he is able to share on the profits that the trader makes.

The trader is allowed to get as many investments from different investors as he wants so long as each investor is given his share.

The PAMM system provides its users with control and information about everything happening in their account.

Instaforex binary option

Binary option is attracting more traders due to its simplicity and the fact that traders know their profits and losses beforehand. Trading in binary options involves correctly predicting where an asset price will go and place a bet. If the bet is correct, the trader wins.

Instaforex offers two types of binary option:

Intraday binary option – this option can be active for 1 minute to a day. Trading in this option involves determining the time interval for buying the next day; predict what the price of the asset will be, and place the amount you want. A trader in this option can be able to make a profit of up to 85% in a few minutes. On the flip side, he can also lose his money in the same minutes if his prediction is wrong.

Expiry binary option – this can be active for almost a month. This option has a preset income with fixed terms for 4 weeks. Traders who want to buy this option should do so in advance of two to four weeks before the sale date. The trader wins when his prediction is correct. However, the dates of purchase of this option can be postponed.

Instaforex bonus review

Instaforex deposit and withdrawal options

Instaforex offers a wide range of deposit and withdrawal options for their traders to choose from. These include bank and wire transfer, VISA, mastercard, american express, webmoney, cash U, neteller, skrill and many others. A transaction fee will be charged when using some of these options.

They also have their own bancard and benecard debit cards that are fast and convenient to use. Deposit and withdrawal requests are processed during office hours of 10:00-19:00(UTC +3) on weekdays.

A trader has to go through various verification processes to be able to deposit and withdraw money from the site. Instaforex - A new excuse to confiscate profits

Scam investigations committee

FPA members yulia and barunia both complained in FPA’s forums that instaforex not only cancelled their signup bonuses, but also removed all profits from their accounts, refunding only their initial deposits. Instaforex’s representatives in our forums, ekaterina and anna claimed that yulia and barunia were the same person trying to take advantage of instaforex’s $30 sign up bonus. As evidence, it was said that both accounts opened at about the same time and that both took the same trade on the same currency pair.

Ekaterina then asked our asstmoderator to remove yulia and barunia’s complaints from the forums. The FPA also received at least 1 email from instaforex demanding that yulia and barunia’s complaints be removed. He replied that instaforex needed to provide some evidence, since the exact same thing could have happened if yulia and barunia were friends who traded together, subscribed to the same signals service, or if one person served as an account manager for the other. He said that if instaforex could provide solid evidence that yulia and barunia did conspire to cheat instaforex, the complaints would be removed and their FPA accounts would be terminated.

Ekaterina promised evidence, but failed to deliver any. Lt. Gerard, one of our investigators, sent an email asking for evidence and got none. This put the FPA in a bad position, since instaforex was paying for advertising on our website. The FPA is supported by advertising revenues. This lets us keep our daily signals, reviews, forums, and scam investigations and other member services 100% free. Suspending or canceling ads would cost each person here a portion of their salary.

Since instaforex claimed to have evidence, but had not given it after being asked, it was decided to suspend their advertising campaign with the FPA until the issue could be resolved. As an added incentive for them to provide the evidence, the FPA’s advertising company offered instaforex a 5% bonus in the number of their ads we would run, if they could give the evidence they claimed to have.

Gerard asked yulia and barunia for copies of the same ID cards that they used to open an account as well as for an explanation of why they had taken the same trade. Yulia and barunia provided copies of the cards and explained that they were friends who decided to open accounts with instaforex to take advantage of their signup bonus program. They were in contact with each other online after the accounts were active and both decided to place a trade on the same currency pair at the same time.

Instaforex’s only response to repeated questions from gerard was to point out that the agreement yulia and barunia both signed when joining included these two provisions…

Rule 4: the client confirms that he/she receives the welcome bonus not for members of his/her family or friends but for himself/herself.

The FPA can see that two people opening accounts at about the same time and placing the same trade would be suspicious. We can also see that two people who know each other might do the same thing. Ekaterina called them scammers and promised evidence to prove they are scammers. We can fully understand instaforex wanting to check these accounts more closely, but are very disappointed that instaforex would never provide any real proof..

Also note that there is no exclusion for 2 friends opening accounts at the same time and trading together, as long as the bonus and profits are intended for each of them individually.

Rule 7. The company can cancel the welcome bonus in case of revealing unscrupulous usage of the bonus surcharge system.

Again, instaforex only gave enough information to be suspicious of the possibility of unscrupulous usage. Instaforex repeatedly failed to present any evidence to verify this claim. A reasonable person would expect proof, not just suspicions.

One other important thing. Both traders did make a deposit that instaforex refunded. If they really did cheat on the bonus (never proven), instaforex would still owe both yulia and barunia a percentage of their profits based on the percent of the opening balance that their initial deposits represent.

The FPA cannot stand by while a company takes money from traders based on suspicion alone. The FPA’s first definition of scam is…

A brokerage refusing to return money that legitimately belongs to a trader. This includes not only direct failure to return money, but also things like brokerages suddenly declaring prior profitable trades to be nullified when the trader attempts to withdraw funds.

Instaforex repeatedly failed to provide evidence they claimed to have. We have no choice in this circumstance but to believe that instaforex does not really have any evidence.

We cannot consider a broker that takes profits away from clients based solely on suspicions with no evidence to be anything but a scam.

The FPA’s fifth definition of scam is…

Other behavior that would be considered to be highly unethical by a reasonable individual.

In this case, a brokerage publicly accused 2 traders of scam, cheating, and fraud in forums while refusing to present evidence they claim to have. Further, instaforex representatives publicly and by email demanded that the complaints of these traders be censored. In the opinion of the FPA scam investigations committee, this would be considered to be unethical by a reasonable person.

Instaforex was given the choice of paying the traders what was owed to them or providing evidence to prove that they did not owe the money. Instaforex chose to do neither one. Gerard’s final request for real evidence resulted in instaforex attacking the credibility of the FPA.

Special note: there is a third trader who has complained about instaforex. Our investigator waited to see if instaforex could provide any evidence in that case. Instaforex says that she attempted to defraud them via referrals and that her high-risk, aggressive trading style somehow took advantage of an incorrect price feed, causing to cancel all of her trades. Later, instaforex admitted that there was no price feed error and restored her profits.

In this sad story, the author, jeremy kirk, exposes how an australian citizen was ripped off by a forex company, millenium-FX, from 63 000 dollars, which were sent to online currency corp ltd, a company owned and operated by ildar sharipov, and providing an electronic transfer of funds solution under the name "megatransfer".

Megatransfer was very familiar to us, as being a payment system used by instaforex.Com, instaforex.Eu, forexmart.Com and forexmart.Eu, so we decided to take a deeper look into that too.

And this is when we went through the mirror.

First, we went to check ONLINE CURRENCY CORP FCA license, but it was kind of too late. Apparently, the complaints had been too many, and, out of the two authorisations (EMI and EMD) it held under its license, the EMD authorisation had already been revoked, while the second one suffered very harsh limitations, as ONLINE CURRENCY CORP was ordered (and still is) to refrain, for an unlimited period of time, to provide AIS and PIS services.

For those who do not know what this means, it basically means that ONLINE CURRENCY CORP might issue electronic money against the receipt of fiat money, but is otherwise prohibited to collect or execute payments, so goodbye payment processing (see the attached file "financial conduct authority).

We could notice two companies from the FCA information : another UK company, grizzio ltd, and a bulgarian company, currentec EOOD.

So we went first for currentec, and we found the website currentec.Com

Of course, it is anonymously registered, but a reverseip shows that it shares the same host than megatransfer related websites.

Of course, in a typical instaforex style, the legal documentation of the website (name of the company, address, etc.) is completely missing.

You can only know that you are able to join 50,000 or so lucky (?) clients to perform spot exchanges of currencies.

You still have to wonder how they managed to attract 50,000 customers. Definitely not with their company profile and services description

The funny thing with currentec is that currentec EOOD, the bulgarian company which is an agent of online currency corp / megatransfer has lost its EMD licensed agent status in bulgaria in 2018 when the online currency corp EMD license was revoked, but still look pretty active locally (more on that later).

What is even more funny is according to the information that is available in bulgaria regarding this company (source here) it has a capital of 2 leva (local currency, BGN which is about 1 dollar). Alright, this company is just an agent of a company, not a fully licensed one, but 1 dollar capital, really ?

We also looked at the registered address (boulevard tsarigradsko shose 135, 1784 sofia) and what we found is much more interesting (source here) as this address is also home of sofia proconsult OOD, company registered under the number 201552174 whose former name is "insta sofia", under which name it had been blacklisted by the bulgarian authorities.

We'll revert back to these companies and their management later on, but we could find out that both currentec EOOD and online currency corp seem to have members of their board of directors who are cypriots : georgios spanos and savvakis patsalidis.

Savvakis patsalidis. Is also a statutory director of instant trading EU ltd, the cysec regulated company.
Georgios spanos is also a director of online currency corp, grizzio and currentec ltd, a dormant UK company.

Now, it seemed that we were able to lift a question : were the cypriot members of the board of directors of instant trading EU simply local secretaries, accountants or lawyers which instaforex had put there in order to play nice with cysec, or were they full-fledged members of the scam ?
